We have a total of 3 sheeters, 2 dye-cut machines, and 3 guillotine machines operating 24/7/365 to cater to your specific requirements, with an approximate 25-ton production capacity per day depending on product specifications. We also guarantee next day delivery.

Our work benefits:

We provide laminating services to accommodate your creative packaging needs such as decorative cake boards and stationery applications. As with the rest of our paper and packaging solutions, we guarantee durability for all thicknesses of our laminated products. With a maximum output of 15 tons per day, our laminating machines are capable of producing the following:

1. Reel sizes from 300MM up to 1500MM can easily be sheeted.
2. Sheet sizes from 100MM up to 2 meters can easily be achieved.
3. GSM from 45GSM up to 700GSM can be sheeted
4. Dia support of up to 1.5 meters
5. Paper boards in the form of sheets from 200 GSM up to 700GSM. Max sheet size is 1200MM
6. Dye cutting machines can support 1/3/5 ply, as well as B/C & E Flute products
7. The thickness of up to 1 MM can be achievable.
